TAHA HINENENGARO

This morning Nina showed us a way you could clear your mind. She used meditation. A soundtrack that played sounds of nature was in the the background while Nina focused on clearing her mind . Here's 6 ways you could clear your mind.

  •   you can go to sleep.
  • you can play soothing to clear your mind.
  • to  clear your mind you can go for a run
  • go in the room and close your door sit on your mat
  • play your games to came down. 
  • reading a good book

Is important to reset our minds regularly. To be able to see and work through things with a good mind.
