Derek Redmond’s He is about to do a race 4oo metre.He is British and hypo.

Derek training for 400 and he is never give up.

Katinka Hosszu is a champion.

I My name is Katinka Hosszu and my country is from Hungary.

Before the race I was scared Because i Might  lose the race But I was proud because i got a Gold medal.

I won the race because i  felt proud of myself And she got a new world record.

The Rio Olympics

The Rio Olympic is in brazil. The Olympics start in two days on the 5th of august.  with THE torch they run around a circies in Rio before the game starts.

The first ancient Olympics took place about  3000 years ago. In Olympia Greece. The games were held in Zeus the king of the gods and they happened every   4 year. in the beginning the game's went short running for Greek men to keep fit for war.
